BD Ripper (3D Plus) Bluray to Mobile - keeps crashing?

Hello, I'm using the trial for Blu-ray to mobile and it keeps crashing. I have a HP Pavillion with a pentium 4 - i kow its an older computer but i put a blu-ray drive in it and it burns them to DVD5 no problem. Its just the mobile that's not working. Suggestions?

It looks like the file is mostly completed - its just about the same size as when you click edit (I'm trying for an mp4).

There are 3 files in the folder it creates for the movie (ninja assassin for example) There is a mp4 file, an .idx file and a .sub file.

If I get it to work can i just copy the .mp4 to my ps3 and will it play (if it doesn't crash?)
