Well, I tried 2 times to transfer BD 2 mkv and changed resolution, bitrate and filesize.

DVDfab don't care. Filesize is alwas 4.2 GB

Strange behaviour ...

There are only two profiles available. In MKV REMUX there is nothing to change.

I used the other one: mkv.h264.audiocopy

Are you sure you are not trying to write to a FAT32 formatted drive?

GregiBoy, FAT32 doesn't even allow 4,2 GB, limit is about 2 GB.
