DVD Ripper It just sits there doing absolutely nothing

I've been using this software since before it was DVDFab and have never had any issues.

Until now, of course.....

I can copy a DVD to DVD, I can copy a DVD to the Hard drive, from DVD Burner to another, However, I can no longer get DVD to Mobile to work.....

It doesn't matter what I set, hardware, software, output type, etc.
From DVD disk to mobile, from DVD files to mobile.....

They all start out with a low fps and within 30 secs have dropped to 0......

DVD Drive activity stops, output file never gets larger than 10 KB.

It just sits there doing absolutely nothing.

I have LG SATA DVD burners.

I am running win 7 premium on one machine and win 7 ultimate on the other.

They both have the same results.

I have run this on systems that have worked in the past and on systems with a newly installed OS

I have the exact same problem, but with Blu-Ray to mobile. It worked fine with version 7.0.3 trial version, then I bought Blu-Ray to Blu-Ray and Blu-Ray to Mobile and uninstalled version 7.0.3 and installed 7.0.4. The system will only create a file like 10k in size and not do anyhting else. It's hanging at the CUDA steps (sorry new the the software).

Then I also tried uninstalling the software again, deleting all registry entries and it still does the exact same think.

I can rip blu-ray to hard drive no problem, but blu-ray to mobile is broken.

Anyone have any advice for what I should be looking for ? I would bet it's the software because everything worked fine with the trial version of 7.0.3, but I am not sure.

Well, reinstall the previous version untill the developers see these posts and fix the problem.

It would help if you all listed whet exact profile you are using.

Maybe try disable CUDA. Go into common settings-General-A/V Codec and change the Video Decoder from CUDA to DXVA. Then give it another try to see if it will work

Keep in mind with my system, everything worked fine with the Trial version 7.0.3.

Here is what I have tried so far.

1. I Completely removed 7.0.4, even deleted all reg entries and all folders and files from my hard drive. Reinstalled 7.0.4, still hangs but only on Blu-Ray to Mobile. I can create images all day long with Blu-Ray to Blu-Ray.

2. I Completely removed 7.0.4, even deleted all reg entries and all folders and files from my hard drive. Reinstalled 7.0.3, still hangs but only on Blu-Ray to Mobile. I can create images all day long with Blu-Ray to Blu-Ray.

3. I decided to do a system restore back to a point in time before I installed DVDFAB. Then I installed version 7.0.4, entered my regisrtation key, and DVDFAB still freezes when using Blu-Ray to Mobile. Here is the error report Windows gave me:

DVDFAB doesn't give me an error report because it's hung up.

I did notice that when DVDFAB crashes, my computer no longer sees my Blu-Ray player. But if I go into device manager and tell the system to scan for new devices it will find it.

And the blu-ray player works fine for everything else.

I have also tried setting the A/V codec for H.264 to both CUDA and DXVA and I get the same results.
