    H264 Video Passthough

I typically convert MKV container files into MP4 files that are compatible with both the XBox and PS3. I currently use a 2 or 3 step process to perform the following tasks:

    1) DVDFab: Convert the AC3 audio stream into a 128 bit stereo AAC audio stream using the MP4 profile and Audio Only option.
    2) YAMB or tsMuxer: Demux the H264 stream from the MKV.
    3) YAMB: Package (1) and (2) into an MP4 container.

As you can see this is a 3 step process which typlcally takes about 5 minutes. Its fast becuase I do not need to render the H264 video. It sure would be nice to do it all in DVDFab, but I need a Video Passthrough option with the MP4 profile. Is there way to make this happen?

Any other suggestions on how I can accomplish this task within DVDFab?

    Thanks !!

      MKV Files

I do not make MKVs, but most 720p files available on the web are in an MKV container.

Yep and it worked (thanks) but was slightly slower.

What I really want is a passthrough option added to the MP4 profile in DVDFab. That would make it a single step process.
