BD Ripper (3D Plus) A/V Sync issue with custom chapters only

Using 7.0.4.0

When copying a bluray movie complete I have no issue. BUT When using Chapter 4-5 only for example the output is out of sync.

Using mkv.audiocopy preset.

NOTE: It WORKS when doing a full movie. Its only when doing chapter select it fails.

Is this a known issue? Any ideas?

Pressing the 'Title Start/ End Settings' button and choosing a range to convert ex: chapter 4 start to chapter 5 end instead of start from chapter 1 through till the end.

ATI Radeon 5850 DXVA Win 7 x64 intel core i7 860 8gb ram

dvdfab works with my system to produce converted full movies. It just doesn't sync when choosing a part of a film.

Try turning the all GPU processing ... ie set A/V codec to software and try that.

tried and although that did improve it greatly, it is still slightly out of sync.

Also is it faster to convert on software or dxva hardware in av codec setting?
