DVD Ripper It doesn't recognise the first chapter

I'm using DVDFab version 6.2.0.5 and I'm trying the copy the movie Scarface from my DVD to my iPod. But when I try to convert the DVD the software doesn't recognise the first chapter. By that I mean the second chapter is listed as the first one in the "Title start/End Settings". section.
