          Just out of curiosity, why Blu-ray to Mobile, MKV option doesn't work for you??? Anyway, I just tried to open on my machine, and it worked just fine.

            @IP

            The OP said "File to Mobile", but I don't know why he is using that.

            He should be using "Blu-Ray to Mobile"

                I am not sure what it is that you are asking.
                I have ripped the full bluray disk to my hard drive.
                Now I want to convert it to mkv, but it is telling me that the file is unsupported.
                I have also ripped the main movie to my hard drive and I am now converting to mkv without a problem.
                I am trying to find out why it will not work from the full rip.
                If I am suppost to be using bluray to mobile is it different when just doing the main movie?

                  He probably doesn't have Blu-ray to Mobile. Is it possible? I don't know, 'cause I've got all options.

                      We are asking why are you doing it this (complicated) way. There is another option that gives you much more flexibility in settings and preserves structure (chapters). This option called "Blu-ray to Mobile" where you can convert your BR into MKV in couple of different ways, including remux.

                        1) Rip Bluray full disk to Hard Drive
                        2) Bluray to mobile tries to load the stream then stops.

                        1) Rip Bluray Main Movie to Hard Disk
                        2) File to Mobile THIS IS CONVERTING TO MKV

                        cheers

                          When using BD2Mobile select the root folder of the title and not the stream folder.
