BD Ripper (3D Plus) dvdfab crash.....

I use DVDFAB rip Avatar,full disk mode.
And use the function,BD to mobile.When it analysing the folder,and close suddenly.what is the problem??

OS:xp professional
DVDFAB version:I use 7.0.5.0 rip,and use 7.0.5.1 beta(BD to mobile)
