DVD Ripper Just Bought...

Hi, I just bought the dvd to mobile option by itself and followed the registration instructions in the emails I received and everything but when I try to launch dvdfab and use it it does show that the dvd to mobile option is 'never expire' but it is not enabled...so yeah...don't know what to do here. Help Please? Thanks in advance.

As stated in red when you made your purchase, you would need DVD to DVD as well.
