BD Ripper (3D Plus) 7.0.5.8 stops progressing at 32.33%

The latest Beta seems to be failing under WIN7 64-bit (i7-920 chip with 6 gigs of memory, 2 ATI 5850's in crossfire and tons of HD space). I select either the PS3 profile or the iPAD profile within the BD to Mobile and then pick a BD iso that I have successfully converted using at least the PS3 profile with past versions. Upon pressing start, it will successfully complete a first task in about 50 minutes (the task being noted as being task 1/1) with a FPS hovering around 70. Then a second task is initiated that consistently hangs at 32.33% at which point the FPS drops from around 70 to 0 and the FPS is no longer displayed. No further progress appears to be made. On one attempt I let it go for 8 hours to no avail. The program will allow me to cancel and finish at which point I have a 44 minute h.264 file.

Examples of source files include iso of the full BD of Flyboys and Star Trek (as produced by DVDFab). I tried unistalling and reinstalling to no avail.

My latest attempt is to uninstalled 7.0.5.8 and reinstalled 7.0.5.5. I am currently retrying Flyboys using the generic MP4 profile with 7.0.5.5. and will update the post in the morning when I check back.

An interesting note is that after reinstall, the 7.0.5.5 BR-Mobile menu now has an option for iPAD - which I understand was added in the .8 version. Is there something else I should do other than run the uninstaller when I uninstall a version to ensure that all traces are gone?

Here is the log from my last attempt:

Reverting back to 7.0.5.5 enabled the process using the mp4.h264.acc profile to complete within the expected time frame. Here is the log:
