BD Ripper (3D Plus) BR to Moble - Avatar ???

So I must ask - I have seen a couple of threads and have not seen any indication that anyone in any format has gotten the forced sub-titles to render from Avatar. And no I can never get the preview window to show them. I can see all the other subtitles but not the forced ones.

So far I have tried the PS3 and MP4 profiles.

Yes I can see the forced sub-titles when I play the BR in Power DVD9.
