BD Ripper (3D Plus) Doctor Who : The End of Time

I can't seem to be able to copy this to my PC. Blu-ray to mobile thinks it can rip but all I get is the audio and very odd graphics (looks like it constantly bouncing between the first image + a green screen).

Any thoughts on how to get this ripped would be awesome!
