DVD Ripper DVD to Mobile for Zune - no taking up full zune frame

I'm trying to put some movies on my Zune. I've noticed that the movie doesn't take up the full frame/screen on the Zune. Is there a setting that I'm missing? Appreciate any assistance. Thanks.

Which profile did you used in conversion of Zune (at the bottom: AAC, wma, wmv)?
Also did you press on the button next to profile list and checked another ratio?

From what I gather the conversion settings should be "aac". Is that correct?

Also, the resize/crop area, it was "customized", should I change that to automatic or disabled? Do I check the aspect ratio box?

It shouldn't be always aac, depends on the file size the Zune supports which profile you can take (and quality difference, don't know if there are any).

Set crop to disabled and check "Keep aspect ratio". Also leave letterbox for black bars.

I personally would take the ratio "640x360" in video effect settings.
