DVD Ripper Unable to move DVDFab to a new notebook

I've purchased the DVDToMobile module and am running it fine on my current notebook. I tried transferring my key to another notebook and find that it doesn't work. It keeps saying that my license has expired. I did install a demo version on the other notebook and it has expired. However, when I run the Key.DVDFabPlatinum file, I would expect the license to be renewed. It didn't happen. Do I need to request for a license key code ? rather than running the Key.DVDFabPlatinum file ?

My current notebook will be returned to my company, so I'm transferring all my apps and licenses to another notebook.

Request new key file (key.dvdfab6) and try again. ( -> Support -> Resend keys)
