DVD Ripper DVD to Mobile option not working

I have purchased DVD to DVD more than a yr back and recently bought DVD to Mobile, the main license page shows both DVD to DVD and DVD to Mobile as active but whenever I try to access one of the DVD to Mobile option (DVD to ipad or any other option), i get the following error.

The "ipad" feature is available in DVD to Mobile. Please check it out at the www.dvdfab.com

Appreciate any feedback on how to fix it.

Version of DVD Fab is 7.0.7.0
