File to Mobile: Video playback is out of sync

I'm having a problem using the file to mobile option of DVD Fab 7. I am trying to convert video files that I have downloaded off a a friends myspace page that he created using a webcam. I used a program called Fast Video Download to download the videos off of the MySpace/Facebook page.

DVD Fab 7 converts the files fine and I can then use Dvd Fab File Mover to move the files into iTunes. I am trying to put these videos on my 8GB 3G iPhone.

However, when I playback the video files in iTunes after the conversion, the video plays too fast and is not in sync with the audio. The audio actually seems correct but I can not figure out how to slow down the video so that it is playing at a normal speed.

The original file is a .FLV file. I do not know a lot about video conversion, but I have messed with the settings including try to lower the framerate, but 10 FPS is the lowest setting that DVD Fab 7 will allow.

Can anyone help with this problem or is this maybe a known bug with DVD Fab 7? Should download an older version of DVD Fab?

First of all, use 2-pass and keep all settings as defaulted ( I suppose you are using iPod/iPhone option ), choose iPhone profile after your source video is opened in DVDFab, open "edit" page, set for 2-pass, set audio for stereo 96 or 128 kbps (I would do 96), set Volume for 150%, and do not change anything else. Give it a try and let me know. Thx.

      DakotaDevil,
If my previous recommendations wouldn't work, please download and install MediaInfo (google for it, it's free) and post report for your source video here, we'll go from there.

OK. Set video parameters exactly as source: 30 fps, 480:360, bitrate 640 kbps
Leave audio defaulted, and try again. I'll wait

                    OK fine.
Go back to "File to Mobile" mode and select MP4 option. When selected and file is loaded, select profile "iPhone.h264". Try with this codec on defaults. Try on 10 fps and 30 fps, see if this one work. I'll wait

I wonder why it says that the video bit rate is 42 kbps when I changed it to 640? Also, this is for the trial version of DVD Fab 7. I was going to pay for it if this worked. So maybe its because of it being the trial version? I know that the original video is over 14 minutes long, but after the conversion, it says that it is only 2 minutes. Is this because of using the trial version?

Ok, trying what you said on 30 fps, it won't let me choose 10 fps.

No good for the 30 fps option. It video is still twice as fast as it should be. I really appreciate you helping me with this.

These video are very important to me. They are videos of a friend that recently passed away at a young age and these videos were made by him.
