    file is unsupported

    I am trying to convert an mpg movie to iphone. When I use file to mobile, I get the error message, "File is unsupported".

    Here is the file information from MediaInfo. I would like to understand what part of the video is not supported. Is it the audio type, video, or something else?

    MPEG PS (Program Stream) is your problem. You will need some little utility-like free program (AVIDemux2 for an example) to convert it into MPEG TS. Solution is in your PM

      Thanks. I download AVIDemux2 and converted the existing file. DVDFab was then able to convert it to mp4.

      Just out of curiosity, what does PM stand for?
