DVD Ripper How Do You Transfer Files To Iphone?

I've tried to use the DVD to Mobile several times with mixed results. Some have worked without a hitch and play well on my iPhone 3G. A few transfered to my iPhone but are very poor quality with audio/video studder. I just tried to transfer another music video from DVD to my iPhone. It encodes and copies the file into the ipod directory. But it never does the transfering to my iPhone step. I then tried to go into iTunes and 'Add a Folder to Library' but that also fails to add the file to my iPhone when I sync.

What do I need to do to get the file from my DVD to my iPhone?

Sounds like you are getting the movie into iTunes ok, just drag and drop the movie you wnat on the iPhone icon in the left column. It won't sync every movie in your iTunes folder. Drag and drop them one at a time.
