DVD Ripper iPad movies subtitles

I have converted a number of movies for my iPad. I start with the disc which I convert to file on hard drive with DVD fab. Then convert to iPad format h264 using DVD fab. Only convert the movie (largest file). I am getting a great copy but all have english subtitles. Would like to know how to avoid this. Anyway to remove from files I have already converted?

There is a subpicture box on the right side bottom, uncheck it and you won't get any subtitles. There is probably no way to get rid of of the ones already done, it is probably rendered onto the video stream.
