I hope somebody can help me.
I have a set of 5 reading DVDs for my baby, and I can't get ANY of them to work with the DVD to Mobile option. I have tried various profiles, bitrates, resolution, all to no avail. As soon as I click start, the progress bar never gets past 0.0%. I tried leaving it running, but after almost 2 hours progress was still at zero. It doesn't crash - I just have to cancel.
I have tried directly from the disc and from making an ISO first. I have even tried switching off all the protection features, as the info file states there are none, but this didn't work either.
I am using v7.0.7.0, but have tried rolling back to v6.2.1.8, and still get the same problem.
Please let me know any other info that I have missed which might help.
