BD Ripper (3D Plus) No subtitles in mkv

I have a problem with subtitles in the program "Blu-ray to Mobile" when I convert a Blu-ray disc to MKV.
I have converted many Blu-ray to MKV without any problems, so I know that I am doing right.
But I have 3 movies that causes trouble. The problem is on the movies Saw, Saw 2 and Saw 3.
Swedish editions with region code 2.

All 3 movies contain subtitles Swedish, Finnish, Danish and Norwegian, in that order.
But when I want to convert any of these 3 movies to MKV, the subtitles box shows 4 choices, but
they have no names. I choose the first line and convert, but there are no subtitles in the movie.

I have also tried to choose "Extract to idx/sub file". The files are not correct and shows no subtitles
when I select them in the movie. So here are the files:

Does anyone know what the problem is?
The subtitles have no names, but they are there. Is that what's wrong?

I have tested with the latest beta version (7.0.7.8).
Note that the movies Saw 4 and Saw 5 works perfectly to convert to MKV with subtitles.

It is the original discs and they work great to play directly, with subtitles.
