BD Ripper (3D Plus) BR to mobile hangs 48% time remain 0:00

Hi, I have just tried the trial version for BD to Mobile.
Movie 'Up' (stored on drive) converts ok but stalls at 48% but strangely the time remaining is 0:00? Any advice would be appreciated

Thoughts
a) Does the trail version have a restriction on time duration for a movie?
b) My operating system is on drive 'E' - should i make the temp file location drive 'E' or use my drive 'C'?
c) Looking at Manuals they mention 'Advanced Settings' to set a Chapter Range. I didn't see this feature - is it still there and if so how do i access it? Just thought perhaps i am not conveerting all the chapters - which might explain why the 'time remaining' is 0:00

One other question - i am looking to convert from BD to use on iPAD. Does H.264/iPAD support subtitles - or do these need to be rendered into the video stream?

I have the similar problem. BD to Mobile to iPhone/iPod using Title start/stop. I want to do chapters but can only do chapter 1. All chapters from 2+ result in a stall after a few minutes and I guess it will never finish. I left it run 17 hrs and it stalled at 3% done.

It does seem to work if I allow the complete movie to be converted.
