DVD Ripper DVD to Mobile not working in new version

I have purchased and registered (several times) the DVD to Mobile portion of DVDfab. When I open it in the 6.2.1.8 version, it works, except with certain movies that have the security encription. If I try to use the newest version, the initial screen tells me that DVD to Mobile is not enabled and if I try to use it, it kicks me to the Blu-ray to mobile instead. Can anyone help me here? I'm getting REALLY frustrated.

Do you have a valid license for DVD to DVD also?
