Which preset to use for ipod nano 3rd gen fatty

Does anyone know the best settings to use for the iPd Nano 3rd generation (this is the one commonly known as the fatty, for they made it short and a bit fat that year, the next year was the tall thin, followed by the current tall thin with camera and fm tuner)

Any help for resolution and bitrate would be great, I am assuming h264 works fine.
