Only half of dvd being converted (Dvd to mp4)

Hello all im trying to convert from dvd to mobile with dvdfab platinum but it gets half way and say its completed but only half of the movie (Alice in Wonderland) is there.
All help much appreciated

DVDFab Platinum???? What are you talking about. Please provide more info. What version of DVDFab are you using, what PathPlayer settings are you using... and visit this link to see what info should be presented for troubleshooting:

For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
For Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
For XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
