BD Ripper (3D Plus) 3D MKV of Monsters vs. Aliens

Hi,
I would like to do a copy of the blu-ray I own 3D Monsters vs. Aliens and see in my 3D TV as a MKV file in 3D.
I created a MKV but it does not have the 3D information, it is like a normal film, not 3D.
Could somebady help me to create a back up of this film as a working 3D MKV to see it in my TV through my hard disk, instead of the blu-ray disc?

I do not think that MKV software players will support 3D playback, hence your problem even though the MKV container has made provision for 3D.
