BD Ripper (3D Plus) BD to iPad not working

I tried to convert BD to iPad using BD to Mobile. It always hung a few minutes into the conversion (anywhere from 10% - 25%). I tried all differnt setup/configuration, but got the same result. BD to MKV seems to work. Any ideas?
