Which sound option for ps3

Sometimes when i convert my movies to my ps3 and get 4 different sound option for example:

5.1
dolby prologic II
dolby prologic

which one should i choose and whats the difference between them?

That would depend on your sound system, or in my case the lack of one. I just mix it down to stereo. If you have surround sound you will need one of the others.
