DVD Ripper DVD to mp4 sount and video out of sync

    Hi All

I have been trying to convert princess and the frog to mp4 so I can ave it on my android to keep the rascals busy, but I have not been able to get it right

I have done it about 3 of 4 times with different setting with always the same results, at about 25% of the movie the sound and video get out of sync

    1 I try default settings
    2. I change the sound seting to 96 kbs and stereo
    3. I change the resolution and the sound to 996kbs

What else can it be done

I am doing it directly from the HDD on not from the DVD

    Thanks

For sake of experiment, can you convert your DVD into MKV, audiocopy using DVD2Mobile, and then using MKV file as source with File2Mobile option into desired format for Android (sound to ProLogicII, 150%).
Reason I recommending this way because I converting all my videos this way and never had a problem

According to Gregiboy, if your DVD's are from Down Under they are at 25FPS.

        That might work

          DID NOT WORK

I will try it again at 25fps

in the mean time I download it aunsoft video converter and use the trial version and verything is OK

I still would like to use DVDFab and not paid extra for another software

Look around the boards here. There are plenty of posts that "X to Mobile" is broke. Seems to be more specific to Region 1 activity than others. The Fab development team has indicated they are working on a solution. Originally they indicated it was a month away... That was three months ago. Frankly, there appears to be little progress as no beta has been released during that time frame to address the issue and there's no prof that there is any solution on the Horizon.
