BD Ripper (3D Plus) Audio Sync in MKV using h264

New user, just tossing in this observation (yes, I've seen all the Audio Sync posts). I haven't seen this particular issue reported. Using the new beta (7.0.8.5).

Any bluray using profile mkv.remux - seems to work fine
Any bluray encoded on disc as "AVC MPEG-4", using profile mkv.h264.audiocopy - seems to work fine
Any bluray encoded on disc as "VC1", using profile mkv.h264.audiocopy - consistently shows audio sync issues regardless of bitrate settings

Tested this on different discs, same results. Tried changing codec settings from DXVA to pure software across the board, no change (can't use CUDA, crashes system, I'm using a GTX 480 SLI). Otherwise common settings are all install defaults.

If you'd like any logs from these tests let me know, I didn't preserve them but can easily retest.

Are you using 1 pass or 2 pass?

Tried both 1 and 2 pass. Sync issue seems less severe with 2 pass but still noticeable. Tests done from direct disc and backup copy on disk.

that strange as mkv does not have sync problem according to some of the threads in the mobile section. I would not know as I barely do mobile conversions unless I travel then I do PSP
