Error when selecting movie to copy

I'm getting the following error message when I select a movie folder source through DVDFab.

Failed to open C:\Documents and settings\...\VIDEO_TS\VTS_09_1.VOB.
The file is unsupported.

This same file is causing this error in any of the movies I select.

I'm using DVDFab 7.0.9.3. The data log isn't showing anything relating to the file error or the actually movie I'm trying to convert.

Your help is again appreciated.

Do not use file to mobile for that folder use DVD to DVD for that. Do just like you do a DVD but use the folder as source or use the write Data located in DVD to DVD. File to mobile is to convert mobile files to another format for a different mobile device

but the itunes error message is still popping up.

It doesn't seem to be causing an issue as I just close the window and itunes will still play the movie.
