Wrong audio track

    BD Ripper (3D Plus) Wrong audio track

    Version: 7.0.9.3 / 7.5.0.6 Beta

    I'm trying to convert the Sarah Connor Chronicles Season 1, disc 1 using the iPad.mp4 profile. The problem is that I keep getting the wrong audio. E.g. Title 19 also contains (the annoying) directors comments and this is the audio I always get. The audio part of the window only shows 1 audio stream (English AC-3/2).

    I tried ripping directly from blu-ray and also copying the blu-ray to harddisk first. I also tried to change the Audio Stream settings in Common Settings but it kept playing the directors comment.

    I also tried playing the m2ts using VLC and this correctly plays the file. It is possible to select the other audio track in VLC and this will play the directors comment.



    I'm a happy user of the DVD version of the program and would like to use the blu-ray version as well.

    Tried it now with version 8.0.0.5 and still the wrong audio track without a choice to choose the correct one.

      Please produce and post here BDInfo report for your source BD. If you don't have BDInfo, please google, download and install - it's free handy utility.

          1m 15.69s: try to use gpu acceleration(1) for video decoding
          1m 20.77s: subpicture(4611) mode(0)
          This is what I got from BDinfo. It gave some errors about a protected disc but I think it has all info you want.

            Yes, I can see all I want to see... Main audio stream on your source is hidden by a playlist (.mpls), and DVDFab somehow didn't see it. I think Ting will find the way out. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with protection removal.
            You have scanned your source with BDInfo without protection removal (that's why you've got that warning message). Can you please re-scan it with removed protection first. For that, you should open your source with DVDFab Passkey first. If you don't have it yet, please download it from this forum and install - it's free. However, after installed, please do not run both DVDFab and DVDFab Passkey together at the same time.

                  hi,

                  please select other playlist, in some blu-ray disc, some stream is hide for one playlist, so please try to select another playlist, and the audio should be correct.
