BD Ripper (3D Plus) IDS/SUB extraction don't work when creating .m2ts

Why when creating .m2ts file from BD, subpicture extraction to sub and idx don't work, only works when creating .mkv files?

So anybody may answer, why I cannot extract IDX/SUB files when creating .m2ts file with DVDFab BD Ripper? When creating .mkv extraction works very well, but not with .m2ts. The result of whole process is only .m2ts file without any IDX and SUB files.

I have got BD seamless branching, will DVDFab BD Ripper create 1 .m2ts file or many?
