DVD Ripper 8.0.0.5 IDX/SUB with wrong timing

I am ripping Supernatural Season 2 and 3 brazilian portuguese version DVD and the idx/sub subtitles are with wrong timing. Any player I tried can't play it correctly.
Also, there is something wrong about colors because no subtitle are being displayed but when I change the colors with Subtitle Creator I can see again, but the timing problem I can't resolve with this program.

I have the same problem. I upgraded to v8 and when I rip The Wire, the subtitles (both burned and extracted) come out with wrong timing (several seconds, actually). I tried this on two computers already. Any ideas?
