BD Ripper (3D Plus) iPhone 4 video format not supported

Hello,
Recently purchased iPhone 4,
iPhone 4 connected PC with iTunes 10,
tried BD Ripper to rip BD to iPhone4.mp4 and iPhone4.1080p.mp4,
file transfered to iTunes with DVDFab File Transfer,
on synchronization, iTunes always prompt["XXX movie"was not copied to the iPhone "XXX's iPhone" because it cannot be played on this iPhone.].

Please help...............
Am I missing something on the DB Ripper setup, or is there anything wrong I did.
