BD Ripper (3D Plus) Speed? How much to expect?

I have been using DVDFab for a long time, it rocks, and it is very fast. I just picked up bluray ripper and am attempting to rip a movie. This is INCREDIBLY slow. Are there any settings I should be looking at switching?

I am currently trying to convert to an AVI. It is taking about 3 hours to rip a 1 hour program. Looks like I am getting about 8 FPS. Is this in line with what others are getting too? I guess I was just expecting faster conversions.

My machine: dual core proc with 4 gigs of memory, LG Super Multi Drive.

It is seems a bit slower than usual. Please try to reset DMA first, go to Common Settings -> General -> reset DMA
Also, do you have CUDA-enabled videocard in your machine? What A/V Codec settings you are using? What is your source (format, codec, etc.)? There's quite a bit info you should provide to get a conclusive and helpful opinion.
