Just completed a conversion of a DVD to Zune (H,264) format and checked the video conversion output parameters with MediaInfo 0.7.35 and discovered that the output profile is "Main". For the Zune, it needs to be "Baseline", otherwise, it will load into the MS Zune database program but it will not sync to the Zune hardware.
As a verification, I loaded the mp4 file into the MS Zune database manager and then tried to sync with the Zune hardware. It would not sync with the hardware even though it was accepted by the database program. I don't know with which version this problem started, but I do know that it was sometime after Aug 22.
