BD Ripper (3D Plus) Newbiestuff, plz help!

Hello,
I'm using DVDfab now for over 2 years and was always very happy with it but I just used it to rip DVD->AVI. I'm now a proud owner of a blu-ray drive so I'm quite clueless now when it comes to Bluray->MKV. Which settings work best? Profile mkv.h264.audiocopy and then?? Space isnt really an issue for me but with 1920x1080 I think 10gb is the limit. I'm espacially asking for the bitrate and any other stuff I should consider

"mkv.remux" is also available.

You may also try to use DVDFab Blu-ray Ripper "MKV" mode, choose "mkv.remux" as the output profile to see whether the converted video meets your need or not.
