BD Ripper (3D Plus) Multichannel Audio for 8.0.2.2 is Still Broken

Dialog (vocal part of sound track) still is only present on the Left Channel.

This was never a problem for v 7.0.9.0. It has only become a problem in 8.0.0.5, 8.0.1.6, 8.0.1.7, and now 8.0.2.2

Wouldn't a simple comparison of the v7 and v8 code show where the error was introduced?

A competent software development organization would not need this much time to fix such a obvious defect in their product.

For instance, if I try to rip "The Passion of the Christ", v8 screws up the audio (of course) and v7 only processes 2% of the BD and then stops ripping.

Hey at least your V8 is actually doing something!
Mine just crashes, but I guess we have the same result, go back to V7.

I've Never Got Any Version 8 To Work

For each new version 8.x that comes out I give it a try and it will always crash just a few seconds into the conversion on DVDs or Blu-Ray. And each time I go back to version 7 - that one works just fine. And I've tried on both my Windows XP and my Windows 7 machine - v8.x crashes just the same on either.

I have yet to see any progress on fixing the BD ripping adio channel problem I have repeatedly reported to you and your support link. Is anyon working on this problem or is it just being ignored?

I have noticed that when I use the English AC-3/2 soundtrack or the non-English AC-3/5.1 sountracks the problem does not occcur.

I see no signs of progress at resolving this problem. However, from the volume of complaints it appears v8 IS A TOTAL DISASTER!

Are you going to revert to v7 and try again?
