Since DVDFab 6.0.0.2 has there been any A/V sync fix for ripping from already ripped DVD Full Disc folders stored on my Hard Drive?

This problem has always bothered me since I have never found a definite answer to this problem.

Yes I did try DVDShrink (latest version) but still A/V sync problems.

I just want to know if there has been a fix for this. If not, what can I do for an alternative option?
