BD Ripper (3D Plus) Blu-Ray ripper purchase question

i am about to purchase the blu-ray ripper (to copy a blu-ray disk to mkv file ) but my question is where it says

are you not able to download the software as mush as needed? ( i have re wacked my pc twice this year)

That is a very misleading very confusing statement by Fab.
Ignore it you can download the software as many times as you need to after you purchase it.

ok cool, i thought that was strange.....after all other programs out there this was the best/easier one to use to get mkv files for my WD TV Live
