DVD Ripper New here and frustrated....DVD ripper to PS3?

Hello,

I am having very frustrating problems with DVD ripper and getting the MP4 files to play on my PS3?

I seem to be able to successfully Rip movies to my Computer HD. I have my PC connected to a router (hard wire LAN connection) and my PS3 is also hardwired to the router.

I can browse to the movie file and when I hit play the screen is black.

When I select the info screen, the chapter is blank and the time counter on the movie reads 00:00:00

??

what am I doing wrong here?

Most probably using an incorrect profile.

There is another report here where someone else is having issues with the PS3 profile use DVDFab version 8. If you have version 7 then you might try that. Otherwise, you may need to wait for an update from DVDFab.

I am not sure what that means? Can you ellaborate?

go here and try the items suggested for me. Also post your AV codec settings from the Common settings screen (under the green check mark button in upper right next to ? button)

system specs would probably be helpful to them as well.

As you can see in the link I am having the same issue.
