BD Ripper (3D Plus) Settings Question

I am starting to get the hang of this and I must say this is great software. I just have a quick question.

I know that MKV Redux is the best because there is no compression, but is there a setting in MP4 that is close to this? The reason being I want to use Windows Media Center on my PS3 and it wont recognize MP4 and I want the best quality I can get.

Yes it can I use them all the time on the PS3.

How does the VOB file help me? The file I ripped now is mkv.

Try using the m2ts option as that gives one large m2ts file and I believe the PS3 can play them if I'm correct
