BD Ripper (3D Plus) No Sound on 8.0.3.2

Hi,

I tryed to rip BD on version 8.0.3.2.

first, I tryed "rip to iPad", but it fails.

Next, I tryes "rip to m2ts". It finised suucessfully. But outputted m2ts file contains no sound.

Hi Show,

1) Please try to use DVDFab Blu-ray Ripper-MP4 mode to convert again and see if you still encounter the same error (work 1 failed, Error 504.00 12).

2) For your converted M2TS file, please use another Blu-ray video player(such as PowerDVD) to play again and see if you can get sound.

2) I played M2TS file by PowerDVD. but still no sound.
Then I checked property of converted M2TS file.
It shows valid values in Video part (total time, bitrate, etc), but no number in Audio part.

I forget to mention my OS. I'm using Windows 7 Professional 64bit version.

BD Ripper No sound

Hi Show,

1) When using DVDFab DVD Ripper-iPad mode,insert the original movie to your DVD drive, select the titles you need to convert, click on "Edit", and choose "Encoding Method" as "High quality encoding (2-pass)" to convert again and see the result.

2) For your problems, could you please use other Blu-ray discs to convert again and see if this is a universal problem, or just for this Blu-ray disc?
