DVD Ripper 8.0.3.2 not working for Ipad

I'm trying rip a dvd i own to Ipad compatible format, this worked at 8.0.2.2 but now when i try at 8.0.3.2 or 8.0.3.1 it fails with

Here's the expert from the log

it first shows a failure with 8.0.3.2 , then a failure with beta 8.0.3.1 and then working one i cancelled with 8.0.2.2 then one that completed with 8.0.2.2

GO into common settings and change the A/V Codec to Software for all options and then give another try

Same failure with all set to software. On a strange note this is only affecting dvd ripping, blue ray ripping is working fine on 8.0.3.2, any other suggestions.

Does the file play using VLC? I have problems with 8.x MP4 files playing on my HTC TP2 phone. I moved back to 7.0.7.0 and it works on TP2.
