DVD Ripper DVD Ripper to Mobile

Hello! Ever since the upgrade to version 8, I have had trouble with the DVD to Zune (WMV) process. In version 7, I could use a 2 pass conversion which would work perfectly. However, with version 8, the 2 pass conversion creates an issue with frozen frames within the video. The audio will continue, but the picture freezes every 10 seconds or so. The strange part is that this does not happen with a single pass conversion in version 8. I have not made any changes to my profile, player, etc. 2 pass conversions still work fine with version 7. Any chance someone has a solution to this? It seems like a software issue, since it worked with the earlier versions. Thanks in advance!

Hi Stark_International，

Please upgrade to the latest version of DVDFab 8.0.3.2 at http://www.dvdfab.com/download.htm firstly. Then open Common Settings->General->A/V Codec, set video decoder and video encoder both as software, then convert Zune files to see the result.

Thanks for the advice. I have updated to the most recent version; settings were already at software for both encoder and decoder. I tried a new conversion and had the same results. 1 pass is still working fine, but when I try 2 pass the video freezes regularly.
