BD Ripper (3D Plus) How to convert from Blu-Ray to AppleTV?

I wouls like to know if anyone has had any success in converting from BluRay to AppleTV. There is no direct method from the DVDFab menus.

I must convert to something else first. I have tried the mp4/aac format, but then when trying to use the "Video Converter" to convert the resulting file to AppleTV, the convert fails almost immediately.

Any ideas?
