DVD Ripper 8.0.4.0 ISO 2 MP4 Unable to set FPS in profile

I am converting an ISO to MP4. I create a mp4.default profile using generic.mp4.h264.aac. I set the FPS to 23.976. In Settings >> X To Mobile >> Convert >> Default Framerate - Check use profile. The ISO framerate is 29.97. Regardless what I do I cannot get the profile to set the FPS to 23.976. I added the following line to video section and it still failed.

Please delete all the **.default profiles under
on XP:
C:\Program Files\DVDFab 8\Profile(s)
on windows7:
C:\Program Files (x86)\DVDFab 8\Profile(s)
then convert with "generic.mp4.h264.aac" to see the result.

There are no *.default profiles in C:\Program Files\DVDFab 8\Profiles (Vista). They are in:
C:\Users\bill\AppData\Roaming\DVDFab\profiles

I got to work. I manually edited generic.mp4.h264.aac until I had it like I wanted and then did Set as Default.

For some reason using generic.mp4.h264.aac and changing via the gui and then doing Set as Default does not work. You are not picking up changes via the gui or creating invalid XML.
