DVDFab Enlarger AI for Ripper How do I Re-Start AI after pressing "Continue Later" Botton

G'day,
I started upscalling (to 1080p MP4.AI) an old home video last night and after 10 hrs I pressed the "Continue Later" button and it sceduled the process to restart at 00:00 which I didn't change, now this morning I changed the "start at time" and ticked the source box and it won't re-start, it has the " delete" button in green, I don't want to lose this project.
How can I re-schedule Enlarger AI to start when I want it to?

Thank you for replying, I'm not sure there is a fault other than I can't re-schedual the re-start time of the AI project as it is inconveinent at midnight
