Upscaling 1080 to UHD with HDR

I want to ask it is possible to upscaling a 1080p video to UHD with HDR ?, I tried to do with different options and I can upscale to UHD but not HDR option, could you please confirm if this feature are into the software?.

Because the 1080p Video has no HDR "Information", i think it is not possible to upscale something what not exist.
